By accessing our platform, placing an order, registering a warranty, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and MehulAir Coolers.
1. About MehulAir Coolers
MehulAir Coolers is an Indian consumer electronics and home appliances brand founded in 2016 with a mission to provide Indian families with a reliable, affordable, and energy-efficient cooling solution. All our products are manufactured in India using high-quality, responsibly sourced materials.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “MehulAir Coolers,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to MehulAir Coolers and its authorised representatives. “You,” “your,” or “the user” refers to any individual or entity that accesses our website, purchases our products, or uses any of our services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, and the Contract Act, 1872.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
- You are not barred or otherwise legally prohibited from purchasing or using our products under any applicable law
- All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete
- You will use our platform and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
MehulAir Coolers reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility conditions have not been met.
3. Products and Product Information
3.1 Product Listings We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing displayed on our website and other platforms are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our platform are error-free, complete, or current.
3.2 Product Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or discontinue any product without prior notice. In the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product of equivalent value.
3.3 Product Images and Colours Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colour, texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to differences in monitor display settings, lighting conditions during photography, and manufacturing batches. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.
3.4 Technical Specifications Cooling performance, water tank capacity, power consumption, and other technical specifications mentioned in product listings are approximate values based on standardised testing conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on ambient temperature, humidity, room size, installation environment, and maintenance practices.
3.5 Made in India All MehulAir Coolers products are manufactured in India. We are committed to using responsibly sourced materials and maintaining rigorous quality standards across our manufacturing processes.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing All prices displayed on our website and authorised platforms are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you place the order.
4.2 Pricing Errors In the event of a pricing error on our platform, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you of such cancellation as soon as the error is identified. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order placed at an incorrect price.
4.3 Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods: UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), EMI options through participating banks, and cash on delivery where available. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. MehulAir Coolers does not store your card or banking details.
4.4 Payment Failures If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure that your payment details are correct and that you have sufficient funds before retrying. If an amount has been deducted from your account but the order was not confirmed, please contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and initiate a refund within 5 to 7 business days.
4.5 GST and Invoicing A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every purchase made through our official channels. This invoice will be emailed to your registered email address and can also be downloaded from your account dashboard.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
5.1 Placing an Order By placing an order on our platform, you make an offer to purchase the selected product at the listed price. Your order constitutes a binding offer only upon receipt of our order confirmation email or SMS.
5.2 Order Confirmation An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address and phone number once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received. Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us within 24 hours if you notice any discrepancies in the product, quantity, address, or any other detail.
5.3 Order Cancellation by Customer You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer care team. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible and you will need to follow our return process. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
5.4 Order Cancellation by MehulAir Coolers We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or logistical constraints. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
5.5 Bulk and Commercial Orders Orders above a certain quantity threshold may be considered bulk or commercial orders and may be subject to separate pricing, delivery timelines, and terms. Please contact our sales team for bulk order enquiries.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Areas MehulAir Coolers ships to most serviceable pin codes across India through our authorised logistics partners. Delivery availability is subject to the serviceability of your location at the time of placing the order.
6.2 Delivery Timelines Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at the time of placing your order and will also be communicated in your order confirmation. Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. These are estimated timelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
6.3 Delivery Charges Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. MehulAir Coolers may offer free delivery on orders above a certain value or as part of promotional campaigns.
6.4 Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this tracking number on our website or the logistics partner’s website to monitor the status of your shipment.
6.5 Failed Delivery Attempts Our logistics partner will make a reasonable number of delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence of an authorised recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply. MehulAir Coolers will not be liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
6.6 Risk of Loss The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon successful delivery to the address specified in your order. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery agent and our customer care team immediately.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Eligibility Products may be returned within a specified return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions: the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact; the return request is raised within the applicable return window; and the reason for return falls within our accepted return categories.
7.2 Non-Returnable Situations Products will not be accepted for return in the following situations: damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, or use contrary to product instructions; physical damage caused after delivery; products with missing serial numbers or tampered warranty seals; and items returned without original packaging or accessories.
7.3 Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team through email, phone, or our website’s return portal. Our team will verify your request, arrange for a reverse pickup where applicable, and guide you through the process. Do not return products without prior authorisation from our team.
7.4 Refunds Once a returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to the details provided by you.
7.5 Exchange In certain cases, we may offer an exchange for a product of equal or greater value in lieu of a refund. Exchange eligibility and availability are subject to stock availability and the nature of the return reason.
8. Warranty
8.1 Standard Warranty All MehulAir Coolers products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty period varies by product model and will be clearly specified in the product documentation and on your purchase invoice.
8.2 Warranty Coverage The warranty covers manufacturing defects, component failures under normal use, and defects that arise under standard operating conditions as described in the product manual.
8.3 Warranty Exclusions The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or repair by non-authorised service personnel; damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described in the product manual; cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and broken plastic; damage caused by operating the product with incompatible voltage or electrical supply; consumable parts such as filters and pads unless damage has occurred due to a manufacturing defect; and products with removed or altered serial numbers.
8.4 Claiming Warranty To claim warranty service, please contact our customer care team with your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include a doorstep inspection, pickup for repair, or replacement depending on the nature of the defect.
8.5 Warranty Registration We strongly encourage customers to register their product on our website or app within 30 days of purchase. Warranty registration ensures faster processing of service requests and enables us to communicate important product updates to you.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership All content on the MehulAir Coolers website and application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MehulAir Coolers or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Permitted Use You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website or its content without our express written permission.
9.3 Trademarks The MehulAir Coolers name, logo, and all related names, logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks of MehulAir Coolers. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written consent.
9.4 User-Generated Content By submitting reviews, ratings, feedback, photographs, or any other content on our platform, you grant MehulAir Coolers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media for the purposes of marketing, product improvement, and customer communication.
10. Prohibited Conduct
When using our platform or services, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:
- Using our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
- Transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material, spam, or any other form of solicitation
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, including order details, warranty claims, or customer reviews
- Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying our platform
- Using any automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on our platform
- Submitting product reviews or ratings that are fake, incentivised without disclosure, or intended to mislead other customers
MehulAir Coolers reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user found engaging in prohibited conduct, without prior notice and without liability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MehulAir Coolers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our products and services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty days of written notice, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
